Again, this game was not a bad game for the Falcons. The SB run offense was explosive and they
capitalized on turnovers. The Falcons have NOTHING to hang their heads about. They played a
good offensive game and stopped the SB offense a number of times.
The high snap during the punt gave the ball to SB on the 10. The Int on the 10 yrd line and the
endzone would have ended in scores for the Falcons. The blown coverage on the corner for the
TD pass should have never happened. It was a game that needed to be error free and it was not.
These things happen. I really enjoyed the game and liked what I saw on Offense and Defense.
What worked: The Passing game worked to perfection. Those short passes were great and on
target. The screen passes were called at the right time and worked for 2 long TD. Would have
been 3 if the once to V. Martinez would have worked. Nice. Very nice.
What worked: Oline. GREAT job in giving the QB time.
What worked: Catching. Keep it up!
Fine Tunning?: Turnovers. Plain and simple.
