What a game. The Falcons came out sharp on offense. The pass and the run was working fine.
We managed to score 35 points again and come up short. Not bad for such a young team.
Again, this year is quite different from the rest. This 32-5A district has some real tough teams.
What worked: Passing and catching.
What worked: The run. Nice running by the backs. Good job.
What worked: Oline, Again. The QB's had 261 yrds passing and the RB's had 234 yards
rushing. Good job OLINE.
What worked: DLINE and LB's - They forced and HAWKS to the air. And this, again was our
downfall. Good job DLINE and LB's.
Fine Tunning? Secondary. Its the hardest position to play.
Again, the band let us down. I just don't get it. The music is a big part
of the game. We had the same problem last year. I even told a band
member I saw running around, "You should be Playing (pointing to
the bleachers toward the band).....instead of playing" (pointing the
area he was running around)
